How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as soon as you have a moving date, especially at the end of the month and during summer. We can sometimes accommodate short-notice moves depending on crew availability.

Do you offer packing services?

We offer loading and unloading help and can handle basic furniture wrapping and protection. Full packing services may be available depending on the job and timing.

What size trucks do you use?

We use box trucks sized for local and regional moves. The right truck for your job is confirmed during the estimate based on the inventory you provide.

Are you licensed and insured?

We carry the appropriate coverage for a local moving operation. Details are available upon request.

Do you move pianos, safes, or other heavy items?

We can discuss specialty items during your estimate. Some extremely heavy or bulky items may require additional equipment or crew.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by the methods discussed in your estimate and confirmation. Details are confirmed before move day.

What if it rains or snows on move day?

We work in most weather conditions and take extra care to protect floors and furniture when conditions are wet. If safety is a concern, we will contact you to discuss options.
